Event details
Join us for our Open Day and discover what happens at EcoHub!
Explore our space and see how you can get involved, whether it’s volunteering in our native plant nursery, helping out in our teaching garden, or joining our composting community at the compost hub. Learn about the different eco projects and activities you can be part of right here in Kaipātiki.
While you’re here, receive a FREE native plant from our nursery, perfect for your backyard. Come with friends and enjoy a free plant each, while stock lasts! By planting natives, you’ll help create a haven for local birds. More native plants mean more food, shelter and beautiful birdsong around your home.
What to expect on the day:
- Free native plant for every visitor

Chat with our team, learn about volunteering opportunities, grab a brochure and sign up to our newsletter. - Guided tours through our plant nursery and teaching garden
