We are thrilled to invite you to celebrate the launch of Heal The Hauraki, a docuseries highlighting the impact of aroha in action & celebrating the healers leading the way in healing the Hauraki Gulf through their inspiring mahi.

Heal the Hauraki is an impactful environmental docuseries co-produced by Mandy Kupenga and Cassie Roma, with the first episode being filmed at our very own Kaipātiki Project.

The series highlights the urgent need to restore the Hauraki Gulf, which has suffered significant habitat loss due to destructive practices like bottom trawling. Through compelling stories of inspiring wāhine, the series emphasises the interconnectedness of healing the environment, people and communities.

Join us for a first-ever-viewing of Episode 1: Whenua and a Q&A with Taiao Practitioner Charmaine Bailie, Filmmaker Mandy Kupenga and Scientist Dan Hikuroa, moderated by Director & Storyteller, Cassie Roma.
